Kara Tointon: Dawn’s become a horrible girl!
EastEnders actress Kara Tointon has admitted that she no longer likes her character, Dawn Swann.
The 26-year-old actress, added that she found filming scenes with Phil Mitchell difficult as she thought the affair storyline came out of nowhere.
Speaking to We Love Telly, she explained: “I found Dawn falling for Phil hard as it came from nowhere. I don’t like my character anymore, she’s become a horrible girl.”
Dawn leaves the show this month and remarking on her exit scenes she said: “I’d said I didn’t want to die or leave in the back of a black cab, so it was nice to be on location.”
