Kim Raver is very much in demand these days. Between her recent roles on 24, Lipstick Jungle and now Grey’s Anatomy it seems that she is never off our TV screens and that’s no bad thing.

This week Kim has started filming for her newest role, as Teddy, Owen’s former love interest in Grey’s Anatomy. In an interview with EW.com, Kim admitted that she would love to stay on the show, on a long term basis. She said:

“I don’t know. I would be thrilled and flattered [if it came to that]. I just love the cast and the crew and the writers. It’s such a pleasure to get a script and just be like, “Yes!”

Kim also revealed that Teddy may cause tension between Owen Hunt and his new girlfriend, Cristina.

She admitted:

“She [Teddy] was in Iraq with Owen. She’s a cardiac surgeon. She’s really good at what she does. There’ll be some interesting stuff between Teddy, Cristina and Owen.”
