TV property experts Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are planning to leave Channel 4 and move to BBC next year.

Both are signed with the Channel until March 2010 but are reportedly in discussions with BBC about making a Location, Location Location style show with them later in the year.

A source told The Daily Mail: ‘The contract is up at the end of March. Anyone whose contract is up has conversations with other broadcasters. The BBC is the best and the most well known broadcaster in the world.

‘Phil and Kirstie are a package and they would move together. Just because they have done separate shows in recent times does not mean their would be any parting of the ways.’
