Long term Neighbours actress, Kym Valentine has revealed that she hasn’t watched her replacement on the show since she was forced to take sick leave.

Kym left the show on a temporary basis last year after she suffered from a collapsed lung and pneumonia. She was replaced by Aussie actress Michala Banas, but hasn’t been able to bring her self to watch the new Libby Kennedy on screen.

Kym said: “I actually haven’t seen any of it since I left. Not because of Michala, God bless her.

“The best way I can describe it is that it would be like me watching my boyfriend make out with another woman.

“I’ve been Libby and Libby’s been me for 14 years on and off.

“We’ve grown up together.”

The actress is due to return to the soap in a storyline that sees her swept away in a rafting accident.
