Ex Eastenders star Lacey Turner, known for her portrayal of sassy Stacy Slater, is set to appear in a one off live musical, to be shown on BBC Three next month, The Sun has reported today.

Lacy will play Elizabeth, fiancée to the scientist Victor Frankenstein, based on the novel, ‘Frankenstein – A Modern Prometheus’ written by Mary Shelley.

The episode is set around the wedding of the two, whilst Frankenstein’s mind is very preoccupied by the threat of his monster, having not adhered to his demands in making him a mate.

Lacey is said to be extremely excited at the prospect and thinks her experience whist taking part in the Eastenders 25th anniversary live episode, will help her prepare for the role.
