Lady Gaga talks about tonights performance at the MTV VMAs

Lady Gaga is set to return to the stage tonight at this years MTV VMAs from Brooklyn New York with a performance of her new single ‘Applause’.

The superstar has said in an interview that there’s no chance of fans guessing what she’ll be doing in regards to the performance but they’re welcome to guess anyway.

Lady Gaga was recently forced to release her new single ‘Applause’ early due to leaks being released online and she wasn’t happy about it.

In an interview with Just Jared the ‘Just Dance’ star was asked what her fans can expect from this comeback performance later tonight and she explained that she’s ready to surprise and shock everyone.

“You can’t really expect anything. I’m always trying to create something that the fans won’t expect.”

“It’s definitely the most physically demanding performance I’ve ever done. It requires a lot of planning and rehearsal. I’m glad to just be back on stage and be able to perform for everybody.”

During the interview Lady Gaga was then questioned about her weight loss and Jared asked what the star had eaten for lunch. Gaga admitted that she is often told off for forgetting to eat.

“I haven’t eaten yet today! [laughs] I woke up a little bit later and I’m getting ready for rehearsal. Sometimes when I’m working, I forget to eat because I get so excited about what we’re doing. Trust me, you’re not the first one to yell at me for not eating breakfast or lunch today. I’ve already gotten an earful.”

Lady Gaga went on to tease that during next months performance in London at the annual iTunes Festival that she will be performing the sequel to her hit ‘Telephone’.

“The sequel will be on this album and I will be performing it at iTunes festival, about a week from now, September 1, live streamed.”
