you will see that , when David Southall was emailed by Tim David, both david southall and tim david knew that this was part of court-sanctioned care proceedings. David Southall produced a document entitled, “Medical Report”, and he finished the report ,”I declare the contents of this report are true and that they may be used in a court of law”. Looking at the GMC transcript (day 5), there is this question and answer:
“Q And did you anticipate at least the possibility that this document might find its way before Mr Justice Connell?
A Yes I did.”

the notion that this report and discussions were private, with no relevance to a court case, and no repercussions, is not only bizarre, but difficult to reconcile with the reported testimony of dr southall.

Dr David asked him to clarify his strength of belief, specifically inviting him to consider the possibility that there were things that Southall could not know of, and which could change his mind, in an email. Southall’s reply included:
“Thus there can, in my opinion, and beyond reasonable doubt be no explanation for the Apparent Life threatening Event suffered by the first baby.”

Panorama failed to cover many of the arguments set out by the judge, and GMC. The judge sets out in detail why the evidence of Dr Southall and Ms Salem underpins the charges against Southall (paragraphs 61-65).

Most of the child abuse cases are clear cut with normally mistakes galore from Doctors and Nurses and evasion by the guilty child abuser.

In the case of Mrs Clark, she and her husband demanded every stone unturned to find the cause of Harry Clark’s death.

When experts say it can’t be the brain destroying deliberate addition to a vaccine you have the start of INJUSTICE. Harry Died just 6 hours after the vaccine containing the worlds most deadly toxic chemical (excluding man made radioactive elements).

The only thing I remember of this guy is his attempt to restrict the oxygen supply to children in his care. I believe his colleagues in the profession decided that this was not responsible for a substantial number of the children to die.

Seems rather like a rerun of Shipman to me but perhaps I am being kind to Shipman? He got off this “minor” complaint but not a subsequent complaint.

I think the – First do no Harm – seems to be treated with contempt by too many doctors today.

Which country has the most number of autism children per 10 000? I believe England comes out top.

This means Southall and Shipman can’t be alone in presiding over deaths and injuries to those supposed to be in their care.
