I wasant going to comment on this, and then I thought if
my post can help someone out their, then that's good.

I watched it last night, cos I thought it was going to give
me a bit more of an insight about S/H, But it didn't...It told
me nothing I didn't already know!

Im relatively new at S/H, and not a child either...Its a thing
I started about 6 or 7 months ago, to release pressure
in my head. I didn't care at the time, and didn't listen, therefore it escalated. In my experience S.H sites are not
good, they trigger you everytime, so stay away from them.
confide in someone and TALK either on the phone or face to face. Go see your GP, there's no shame in it, that's what they are there for. Then he/she will refer you for counseling.

I used to do it every other day..now its more like every other month, But im in the middle of seeing someone, so that's
why! There's alot of self control involved too, abit like trying to give up the ciggies. But Thank god its working.

Anyway anyone doing it and wants too stop..first step would be to go and see your GP...Honest its better then the SH sites. Good luck!
