Caroline Quentin returns to BBC One in brand new six-part sitcom Life Of Riley, currently in production for transmission in the New Year.
Maddy’s just got married again. And she’s about to find out what happens when two families collide.
Suddenly she finds herself presiding over a modern-day extended family: children, step-children, step-siblings and half-siblings, with a few ex-partners and in-laws thrown in.
Maddy is like Roseanne but thinner, like Seinfeld but with dirtier trainers, like Victor Meldrew – but she does believe it.
In Life Of Riley, Maddy discovers that parenting has never been so difficult or complicated and she finds herself outwitted at every turn by people a quarter of her age.

OMG ! i cant beleive the comments. This is supposed to be about the show NOT one individual and how hes bloody hair looks! What about the rest of the cast? I googled all of them. I don’t know if I was watching the same programme as the rest,or as the description of the show this website has given it reprinted above but this show is not a comedy a travesty yes,I have never seen such a bad comedy show the BBC have paid someone to do this and used licence payers money to do it and thats the best joke on here.

Anyway, I think the programme got a lot better as it went on. Last episode was hilerious
