Lost Series 5 SPOILERS!

SPOILER ALERT!

The Lost crew have recently been spotted filming at Oahu Cemetery which is an historic graveyard that previously appeared in the Season 2 episode “Lockdown,” as the not-quite-last resting place of Anthony Cooper.

It seemed initially to be a peaceful scene, with Matthew Abbadon taking a wheelchair-bound John Locke to a small gravesite where they had an intense conversation. However, things turned nasty in a hurry when it came time for the pair to leave. Locke, who was in the back seat of a blue four-door sedan, waited as Abbadon put his wheelchair into the boot but no sooner had Abbadon closed the lid, shots rang out and Abbadon was hit.

So who’s gunning for Matthew Abbadon? And whose grave were the two visiting?

Then there are further filming reports that the crew set up a scene in Kakaako, taking over the unused parking lot of a former store and staging a car crash.

As well as the car Locke was driving, two other trashed cars sit in the lot and a bloodied John surveyed what damage had been done to his vehicle. It seems this may be the same car that he and Abbadon were using in the graveyard scene.

Before these were filmed, the Lost crew and some cast members returned to the grounds of Windward Community College in Kaneohe to film another scene at the Santa Rosa Mental Institute where Hurley has been an in-patient.

The scene filmed showed Hurley in the hospital grounds, sitting on a bench and painting, when Locke arrives. Locke is in a wheelchair with a plaster cast on his right leg so he wheels himself up to Hurley’s side.

They have a conversation and soon, Hurley jumps up. He calls out to a female nurse who’s called “Susie.” He asks her, “Am I talking to a guy in a wheelchair right now?” She confirms that Locke is really there.

Hurley sits back down and the two talk some more, in very hushed tones. Locke eventually gestures over his shoulder toward someone. It’s unclear whether this person is standing nearby, or is sitting in the mysterious black car with California plates that’s parked in the distance. But from the context – and the stand-in on the set – chances are, Locke’s pointing at Abbadon.

At this point, Hurley again jumps up, even more distressed. “What? Don’t you know? He’s evil!” He then jams his fingers in his ears, yelling, “I’m not hearing this! This is not happening!” He again calls for Susie and says, “I’m ready to go back now!”

Susie takes Hurley by the arm back into the hospital, leaving Locke behind.

There’s also been a couple of new pics floating about. One is of Sawyer and Juliet taken from a screencap of one of the episodes of season five and the other is of Walt and John taken in New York by Kanaka during filming for episode 6, The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham.

ABC have also officially confirmed the titles of the first few episodes:

Season 5
Episode 5.01 – Because You Left
Episode 5.02 – The Lie
Episode 5.03 – Jughead
Episode 5.04 – The Little Prince
Episode 5.05 – This Place is Death
Episode 5.06 – The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham

And just in case you missed it, here’s the first official ABC trailer…

We’ve also heard that the first outing of season five will be a three hour special shown first in America on January 21st. It starts out with an hour of recaps then gets down to business with the first episodes, “Because You Left” and “The Lie”. Here’s the very brief clip about it from ABC…

What do these spoilers tell us? Absolutely nothing, but it’s Lost info, right? More as we get it!
