British actor, Malcolm McDowell is set to star in an episode of Sci-Fi hit drama, Heroes this autmun.
Malcolm, 64, said: “It’s a gift of a role and I’m very lucky I was asked to do Heroes. You’re only as good as what they ask you to do and this series is a little pearl.”
But he admitted it took his son to convince him to accept the part.
“I wasn’t following the show when I got the offer but my son said, ‘Dad, Heroes is one of the great shows on TV. Which rock have you been hiding under?’”
He added: “Over the years I’ve been very fortunate to have a few good parts like this here and there - among all the rubbish.”
