Martin Bashir’s ‘Living With Michael Jackson’
ITV is to re-air Martin Bashir’s landmark documentary, originally shown in 2003. In it Michael Jackson opens the doors to his private world over a six month filming period. In this edited version, the star shows reporter Bashir around his Neverland ranch, invites him on tour to Germany, where Michael displays signs of increasingly erratic behaviour as he is filmed inside the hotel room from which he infamously dangled his young son as fans outside looked on, and talks candidly about his childhood, his work and wealth, his own children and his lifestyle.

Very angry that this has been allowed to be re-aired on thursday 15th july 09 . the programme was also captured by Micheal Jackson,s own cameraman, he filmed without that Bashir being aware, totally right to cover himself, he knew what the tabloid were like, luckily his filmed account was how it really was, showing Bashir praising Jackson and totally contradictory to the accounts which Bashir insinuated.please , any tv station, show what we have all been watching on YOUTUBE, the filming of the interview with Jackson and Bashir by Jacksons camera man, it shows how Bashir distorted the facts, he should be made acountable for the defammation of character of Micheal Jackson, he helped to ruin Micheal big time, he abused Micheal,s trust and and his existence . Bashir, a truly disrespectful and immoral human being, paid to seep into the gutter of the lowest of the low. words cannot express how much I and thousands never want to here your name again. you sad revolting person.
Just to give you an idea of how the fans feel, there are:
-four pages of anti-Bashir groups on Facebook totaling at over 4500 members.
-over 3000 YouTube videos most of which are followed by pages of comments from fans who are angry over the Living with Michael Jackson ‘documentary’ and the fact that Bashir gave commentary at the memorial service.

Actually, this figure (above) keeps fluctuating while a number of people have complained that their non-offensive comments have been deleted.
Plus endless complaints on Twitter. A lot of people have complained to ITV directly but are being sent an automated reply. Jackson fans are tired of not being given a voice; of not having the kind of access to millions of people as the network stations have. We are trying spread the word via the internet.
After a decade and a half of the mass media spreading feverish lies about MJ, the LWMJ show put the final nail in Michael Jackson’s coffin.
I was disgusted at Bashir’s documentory and ashamed he was a British journalist. Glad he’s gone to America but angry he has climbed the ‘rungs’ of success on poor mj’s back. He set out to ‘distort’ and ‘ruin’ mj, who was a far better person than Bashir will ever be. Poor America having to suffer Bashir.Poor mj for all the anguish Bashir put him through. Bashir is a ‘disgrace’ to his profession.
what’s the point of complaining, whilst Bashir gets promoted? We need to protest in person and not leave till they sack him. Just watched it again, and Bashir should be bashed up. He is trash. A murderer.

What about a petition, signed by (hopefully) thousands and presented to ABC (I think that’s where Bashir wroks now)? Would mean non- USA people (like me in UK) could take part too. Would make headlines too, if enough people signed it. Petition for Bashir to publically appologise and resign. What do you think?

There is no room in this world for a low-life like Bashir. He is a complete disgrace to his profession and no news network nor publication should ever hire him again.
But sadly, nothing will bring Michael back.
Bashir, how you have the nerve to hold your head up high remains a mystery to me. I do believe in retribution and your day will surely come. You are one of the many scum bags that have preyed on the unsuspecting.
Frankly, I think you should be put on trial and jailed for your scam. Maybe we should organise a worldwide effort among the Jackson supporters and sue you for defamation and fraud.
