McFly are set to star in their own reality TV show.

The British band – which is comprised of Tom Fletcher, Harry Judd, Danny Jones and Dougie Poynter – have signed a deal with Channel 5’s digital broadcaster 5* to make a behind-the-scenes programme called ‘McFly On The Wall’, which will follow them on their current UK tour.

Tom said: “We’re all really excited to have the chance to show our fans what it’s really like being in McFly!

“We’ll have a camera crew following us everywhere, so viewers will get a real insight into what goes on behind the scenes.”

Channel 5′s head of digital channels Kate Barnes said she is delighted the ‘Party Girl’ hitmakers have teamed up with the channel and promised viewers “no-holds-barred access” to the group.

She said: “McFly are without a doubt one of the most popular bands in the country, and this series will give 5* viewers a unique perspective on what it’s like to live through the highs and lows of life on the road.”
