McSteamy really is hot stuff! Eric Dane who plays Mark Sloan on Grey’s Anatomy, has become the latest victim of a leaked sex tape scandal.

Earlier this week, reports emerged suggesting there is a tape which shows him and his wife Rebecca Gayheart having sex with ex-beauty queen/Playboy model Kari Ann Peniche.

However Dane’s lawyer has insisted that the recording is not a sex tape ……it’s a making lurve tape.

“This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public,” said attorney Martin Singer.

“Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a ’sex tape’. It is a private tape made for “only my clients’ personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it. If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients’ rights and will be exposed to significant liability.”

Sounds like a sex tape to me!
