Melissa George joins the cast of The Good Wife and Rubicon’s Jessica Collins joins NBC’s Revolution


In more casting news today, it has been revealed that Hunted’s Melissa George has joined the cast of The Good wife, whilst Rubicon’s Jessica Collins will jump ship to NBC’s Revolution.

George will play the role of a “smart, sexy” character named Marilyn and Collins will play a “beautiful young woman” in Revolution!

Melissa George, who will also be starring in the Hunted spinoff that is currently in development will appear in a recurring role on The Good Wife. She will play a character called Marilyn who is the in-house ethics counsel for newly-elected governor Florrick.

TV Line reports: “[George will play] the recurring role of Marilyn, newly-elected Governor Florrick’s in-house ethics counsel”.


Her character is said to be “smart, sexy, savvy and, by her very job description, a stickler for honest and observing rules”.

The actress is best known for her role in Hunted but she has also appeared in The Slap, Grey’s Anatomy and In Treatment.

George will make her debut on The Good Wife when it returns for its fifth season on September 29.

Collins on the other hand will star in the first four episodes of the second season of NBC’s Revolution.


It has been revealed by Deadline that she will play Cynthia, “a beautiful young woman of deep faith, whose winning humour and blazing intelligence capture the heart of one of Revolution’s leading characters”.

Collins has best known for her roles n Rubicon and The Nine.
