MICHAEL JACKSON: THE LIVE SÉANCE & MICHAEL JACKSON: THE SEARCH FOR HIS SPIRIT COMING TO SKY 1
Sky1 have announced that world-renowned psychic medium Derek Acorah will attempt to make contact with Michael Jackson on Sky1 HD in two specially-commissioned shows, MICHAEL JACKSON: THE LIVE SÉANCE and MICHAEL JACKSON: THE SEARCH FOR HIS SPIRIT to be broadcast in November.
The programmes, both presented by broadcaster and Jackson fan June Sarpong, aim to give fans a final chance to connect with their hero, himself a firm believer in psychic ability. Acorah, whose high profile on screen séances have to date been restricted to historical and mythical figures will lead proceedings in MICHAEL JACKSON: THE LIVE SÉANCE; an hour long live special from a secret location familiar to, and previously inhabited by, Jackson and where the famed psychic medium will attempt to contact the music legend.
Preceding the main event, MICHAEL JACKSON: THE SEARCH FOR HIS SPIRIT will take fans on a biographical journey of the music legend delving deeper into both his psyche and his inspirations, and previewing some of the tactics and triggers that will feature in the séance. Sarpong, will be joined by Bobby Marchesso, one of America’s leading psychics, and close friends of Jackson including Thriller video co-star Ola Ray, Ian Halperin, author of controversial Michael Jackson Biography Unmasked: The Final Years of Michael Jackson, and his spiritual healer Reverend June Gatlin, with more contributors to be confirmed in due course.

Many years ago(pity) people like Acora would have been burned at the stake for such fakery.Anyone remember Doris Stokes the famous “medium”.After she passed away it was discovered the “messages” she received from the “other side” were provided by helpers.She conned the gullable-the mug punters who wanted to beleive.People were charged under the Witchcraft act as late as the 1940s with fakery.

There was nothing he said that was believable, the guy was sacked from ” most Haunted” programme, as he was proven to be a fake medium. That to me says it all.

made some visits to derek myself -he used to rent a room in Victoria st in Liverpool. wasn’t too impressed then either. my mother was a regular customer, used to tell her she was going on a cruise ship. told her that for years – eventually she died, no cruise ship, got nowhere near a cruise ship. she packed for that trip for years.
