Michelle Ryan has admitted that life was not all roses and chocolates on the Eastenders set when she was working there.

Ryan, who is currently starring in a US remake of the Bionic Woman, didn’t knwo who she could trust among the cast and was amazed at some of her co stars desperation for fame.

“It wasn’t a happy family all of the time,” Michelle told The People. “It was partly people trying to get into the limelight. And there were leaks, people selling stories. It was like: ‘Who can I trust?’”
