Miley Cyrus reveals she’d rather walk around naked than cry in public

Miley Cyrus has definitely grown up a lot this past little while. Her Hannah Montana days are long behind her and now she is the person she wants to be.

Controversy and Miley Cyrus seem to be a package deal right now but the star has spoken recently about nudity and said that it isn’t something bothers her.

The 20 year old has confessed that rather than show any emotion in public (crying etc) she’d much rather wander around in public with no clothes on.

In an commentary for VEVO about the music video for her single ‘Wrecking Ball’ the former Disney channel star explains that she finds it harder to cry in front of people than to just take her clothes off.

She said: “Really laying on all that rubble was not comfortable either. I don’t know if anyone thinks that’s some fake rubble, but you can tell it’s definitely real. I’m in pain.”

“For me, nudity has never been something that I’ve ever tripped about. I don’t really see it the way everyone else sees it. I’d rather be naked in front of people than cry in front of people, because I don’t like showing weakness and that shows a lot of, like, vulnerabilities.”

Miley also spoke about shooting the video for ‘Wrecking Ball’ and admitted it was exciting because her ideas were shared with her team:

“It was definitely the stunt coordinator’s favourite job of his lifetime. I could definitely tell that. He’s in there swinging the wrecking ball, like this [demonstrates]!”

She concluded: “And it was scary because it would really knock down walls sometimes. Like, I would, like, actually get too much momentum and hit the wall.”

Miley Cyrus has also spoken in depth with British Cosmopolitan magazine recently and stated that she isn’t a fan of her private life being all over the press every day:

”The biggest misconception about me is that I like the media attention. I wish I could be who I am without the fame. If everyone would still buy my records and if everything would go to No.1 in 30 seconds or whatever. that’d be great.”

If somehow you haven’t seen it yet then watch the official music video for ‘Wrecking Ball’ below.

Please be warned, if you haven’t seen it then this video does contain a slightly less clothed Miley Cyrus than perhaps you’d expect.
