More names added to presenters list for this years MTV VMAs

The MTV VMAs will take place this Sunday (August 25th) in Brooklyn, New York as the music industry gather in the one building to celebrate the art of video-making.

We already know that Katy Perry and Lady Gaga are set to perform at the ceremony with Katy Perry closing the night. The star is set to perform her latest single Roar which is taken from her new album Prism. She is also set to perform a new track which fans can help decide by voting on Twitter.

Lady Gaga is set to open the show with her new track Applause and we can also expect to see other performances from the likes of Miley Cyrus, Drake, Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake and Robin Thicke – among others.

More information was released today regarding the list of stars set to present awards. We already know that A$AP Rocky, Jared Leto and Emeli Sandé are on the list to present awards but earlier today Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez were added to that list and we expect more to be announced over the next few days.
