MOST HAUNTED LIVE HALLOWEEN: Five Night Special!
Light those pumpkins and don those witches’ hats, LIVING’s notorious Most Haunted Live is back, airing over 5 haunting nights for the first time ever in an ambitious Halloween spectacular covering hundreds of miles across the North West of England and North Wales.
From the 27th– 31st October, Yvette Fielding, psychic David Wells and the Most Haunted Live team will investigate one of five secret sinister locations each night – all with reported connections to witchcraft, curses and dark spirits. Their journey will “draw” a huge inverted pentagram (the ancient symbol associated with witchcraft) across the country, completed at the final location on Halloween night. But what will happen as all the elements collide and the team combines the sinister energy of five nights, five different locations and previously unexplored territories?
This Most Haunted Live Halloween promises to be the scariest and most shocking so far, even topping the memorable horrors of Most Haunted Live Halloween 2005 at Pendle “Hell” Hill, invoking curses and malevolent spirits across the UK and building up to the biggest Pagan night of the year…
The pentagram itself is the 5 pointed star that dates back to ancient times, many peaceful religions have taken the symbol on board. Invert the shape however and it becomes a symbol of evil, of Satanism and devil worship. The dead centre of the pentagram will be where the studio audience is based, at Tatton Hall in Cheshire. Will they themselves discover any activity over the 5 nights?
The team will travel hundreds of miles around and across this central location, following the lines of the inverted pentagram to encourage spirits to appear in some of the scariest locations in the UK. Paul Ross will present live from the studio, with regular Julian Clegg heading up the interactive team, reporting web users’ sightings and unusual experiences. Historian Leslie Smith will also be on hand to verify facts and discoveries.
Viewers can also interact with the show, via the website www.mosthauntedlive.net which will be live for the 5 day event. 4 webcams will cover the different areas at each location each night, plus an amazing competition to win a money can’t buy prize. Entry will be via the site, and red button and phone for all our viewers of the show in the UK and Republic Of Ireland. Viewers will also be able to interact with the show and the team via the site throughout the week.
Will the team, or audience, come out unscathed from their biggest challenge so far?

I diagree, I think that if they want to find out about the paranormal the good on them. I love Most Haunted and have watched all 5 nights. It was amazing. xx
I feel you are inviting the wrong eliment in, I dont claim to know much about the paranormal, but I know that there is more in this world we dont know about and I think it will back fire on you some day. So be very care full.
Is haunted coming back on in 2008 and why did David Wells leave ?.
david wells was the best psychic most haunted has ever had and for him to leave was psobably the worse thing that could have happened to most haunted,but i think he was fed up with karl and stuart for not taking any protection all the time.they arejust have a go heoes or so they think. bring back our david cos we miss him………

I think most haunted is great but Derek was one of the best and i don’t care wot anybody says he’s no fake.Brian’s ok but why does he jump so much if he’s psychic shouldn’t he know there’s spirits there?

well i love most haunted im like a fan but i know that most haunted halloween live is gonna be the best.
but derik was the best at most haunted but brian is ok but not as good as derik.
i think all is well in the investigations as long as they protect themselves proparly and ask for assistance from the spiritual raelms (which im sure they do, i know derek used to when he was on it) it should be quite interesting…i admire them for ‘taking on@ the spirits who havn’t moved on…and yes its a shame its so mainstream, but surely it’s a good thing because it brings to light what most people are afraid of…give not on historical information but spiritual too. good luck and most of all enjoy the witches new year!
Can someone help me i am confused, does most haunted live halloween 2008 start on monday 27th? Because i have just seen the advert on tv and it says it starts on saturday 25th which means it wont be on 31st as it is only 5 days (im sorry if i seem to be a bit thick lol)
i think the most haunted tean should do an investigation on alcatraz island in san fransisco but i dont know how to ask them

its not the same since David left,we watched it every week and thought David was sensative,accurate,no gimmicks,he just got on with it,after he left we turned off the new guy is rubbish,will watch live as David doing it but please bring him back for good
i just cant beleive this program is still going, it was fun to start with. but then it got such a bore . its the same old things yvette hearing a tapping noise , karl feeling sick . and stuart getting those all to familar headaches . ask yourselfs this why o why havent they ever caught anything that even resembles a ghostie on cam
so glad that oor david is doing this one but there is only one snag and that is that i am working till 930pm on saturday and will miss the first hour or so….. gutted.i would also like to suggest that the most haunted team come to my house which is well and truly haunted with a few spooks.
i relly like watchin most haunted but when i first watch it which was about 3 years ago i thrught it was fake but then became a beliver in the show but now i’ve seen a video of the crew and would like people to put there piont threw or sum sort of explantion:

Hello i’m a witch myself and the pentagram does not relate with satanism. Another thing, us witches and wicca’s can’t be satanists if don’t even believe in satan or the devil because how can we worship something we don’t even believe in.
I really enjoyed David Wells as the medium and not impressed with Brian. David is more informative where as Brian just jumps and frightens everyone and does not give much info,
The whole crew are brilliant, Lesley is hysterical, Cath has become brave and the studio team are great.

Um I have been looking it up on my program listings and I cant find most haunted live on travel channel..for the 25th of october? is it under a different name or on a different channel? Or will it air differently here in the states? Please I am a big fan of the show could someone help me out?

I watched the programme last night and was quite shocked. Yvette Fielding trying to provoke and call up the devil himself and asking him to appear before them – WHY??? What on earth are they doing as she runs off screaming if she hears a tap or a bang so god only knows what she would do if the devil appeared!! I really feel they are pushing their luck a little far as she is acting like an exorcist and seems to know it all. She’s so good at gobbing off at these so called spirits but as soon as anything happens she craps herself – its quite pathetic to watch. They are trying to find evidence of ghosts but if one did appear they would all run away screaming so what good is that. Even that medium bloke Bryan is crap as he keeps jumping and sqealing like a girl and does not give any real information. Bring back Derek. There is a US team of investigators called TAPS and they are great as they dont get scared like this lot do and you can actually hear and see what they are doing without a load of screaming and cameras flying all over the place. I just wish they would all get a backbone as if they want to prove ghosts do exist then they have to get tough or give the job up. I wouldn’t do it for the world but if I did then I would certainly try and be a be a bit braver.

i watch these live m.h. amazed i c people scream and run away and again not produce any cast iron evidence i c a women invite spirits into the area she is in, people who claim to be demon experts ,what is the evidence of this ? i doubt very little.all i know is this not 1nce in all the shows i have seen have you given any form of cast iron evidence. then when it does instead of waiting and not making any sound you all start asking each other who was that or did you hear or do that so no 1 can hear anything anyway and any atmosph.is lost in an instant.what is going to happen is your evidence will come 1 day because what you invite when you ask something to poke or pinch or harm a member of your team is something that has no consept of time so when you say now to that spirit now by the time that is interpritated and responded to could be a day week month or year may be longer because something thats dead isnt gonna have the same consept of time as you or i and i promise this will cpome back and bite you or 1 of your crew in the ass.You may not be there when it happens so if i were you and i urge you strongly to stop inviting and enticing harm toward living people,i would of thought the so called demonology experts would tell you this thanks from an amazed and bewildered viewer

Haveing watched Mondays show i must make the following comments.
1 Far to much is allegedly seen and heard by the Team that we at home cannot see or hear. This could be anything.
2 Brian Shepard is not a patch on David Wells. Get rid of him.
3 Electronic wizardy. Come on???
The show is entertaining but come on you have to laugh.
If these comments are passed to the team then i ask them. Show us some hard evidence.
