Most Haunted Live: The Search for Evil
Around the world and in every walk of life, it seems the number seven has a powerful significance. This sacred figure has a special place in many religions, and this week it lends its distinctive pattern to the latest project to be undertaken by the Most Haunted team, who will be travelling to the north-west of England to perform a paranormal investigation the like of which has never been broadcast before.
In a seven-night supernatural thrill-fest, the team will be mounting an unprecedented search, across a variety of locations, for answers from beyond the veil of the spirit world. For each of the first six nights, they will be looking for a spirit or supernatural occurrence that corresponds to one of six different types, from poltergeists to pit ghosts. Equipped with their experience of these mystical entities, and with the energies that resonate from them, they will return to their original location on the seventh night and attempt to contact a demon – the most dangerous spirit of all.
This ground-breaking investigation will see Yvette Fielding and her experienced psychics and investigators visit locations that would have most people quaking in our boots: the dank basement of a public building, famous for its poltergeist activity; a Victorian theatre in which a dark shape lurks in the wings; derelict buildings, once used as a military morgue, that resonate with the cries of unseen visitors; and a country house built, so it is said, over the grave of a notorious Satanist. Find out what happens when their shadows are disturbed, live and exclusively on LIVING, every night this week.

I was a believer but after watching most haunted for sometime now and dont know how real or unreal it is. I echo peoples views on the ouji, leave alone unless there is a well known medium involved. Why did Derek leave Most haunted back in 2005, he wasn’t the one caught out was he? I like him, does make me laugh when he gets “taken over by a spirit”.

K – One of the members posted asking the hosts and Fred just replied ‘he is fine now’ I am going to watch it from 8pm tonight to see if anymore said on it.
GP – I think Dereck was sacked after being caught faking. Not 100% thought just what I have picked up on other forums.

Please let me know what goes on 2nite I wont be watching because like I said earlier I find that the ouji board messes with my head and because it is not certain to say that what they do is real or not also I think that ouiji board is dangerous because its a board to contact spirits they never really know who they actually made contact with it could really be the devil itself or it could be that the whole thing is being dramatised because its television as youngsters we are all taught that what comes on TV is not always real. If this is real or not only the people making the show know we as the viewers can either be fascinated by what goes on hence the reason the show attracts lots of viewers or we could just be watching this for entertainment I got to admit it is sometimes funny when they just Jump and say what was that.
K – I will do. I am watching it now and Julian is interviewing Yvette & Karl. They have been talking about David, he is fine, he didn’t go to hospital as he seemed to come round a lot more in the Ambulance – that was very real as they thanked Birkenhead Ambulance Service. He will be there tonight.
I do know what you mean with the Ouija board they are saying that all this they are doing is not something to mess with.

I agree – its completely fake but its fun to observe different reaction of the people in the studio, audience, team members. The most interesting is to see how the complete lame and irritating person Yvette took over the position of the leader.
However I am intrigued – how the hell is it possible that one moment you have a communication channel opened with a ghost and just like the fxxxing rabbit you draw your attention to something else as ridiculous as chasing patting on the stairs. asking with this voice ` Whaat was that ? id you hear that ? If something talks to you what else do you want morons ? The problem is there is nothing these idiots know what to ask …. Whats in the 6th circle of Hell ? LOL.
I dont know if its all fake or not but they are just too much concentrated on commercial breaks to open anything that could couse harm.
why dont they try ouija board ( name from french `oui` and german `ja`) with blindfolds on ? the ghosts should see well enough in darkness in the end its the spirit that direct the movement , ya ? oui ?
Most Haunted live has been on our screens for years, they have investigated many areas of the paranormal and haunted locations throughout the world. The show promotes the use of the Ouija board and spirit communication and now the crew – running out of other opportunities have decided to invoke the darkest of all entities – that of the demonic spirit. Perhaps though, this is one step too far and as a professional medium myself and exorcist, I wonder if they really know the truth behind the modus operandi of the demonic being. One thing is for sure, if what they are doing is real and they are attempting to invoke an inhuman entity, the aftermath can manifest over years – destroying lives and wreaking havoc on the innocent. Is the medium on the show responsible or strong enough to deal with a Demon – wait and see.
The Demonic spirit can only infest a human host when invoked and when given the opportunity to communicate. There is of course stages as laid down in religious doctrine of how a demon will attach to a host. These stages to Demonic or spirit possession are as follows;
1. Invitation
2. Infestation
3. Oppression
4. Obsession
5. Possession
Indentifying the activity
There are obviously signs and symptoms of diabolical activity and some of these will be more easily noticeable than others. For instance you may start to smell putrid odours such as rotting flesh and will have no cause for the stench. You may also note that religious icons that you may have are often removed, damaged or defiled. The person who may be infested will show a dislike to religious artefacts and may react badly in their presence. There will be an increase in argumentative episodes or even violence. Often in cases that present evidence of demonic influence, there will often be heard noises of animals scratching or clawing and even growls not of this world. The signs and symptoms of possession can be so subtle or right in your face. If you experience any of these – consult a professional immediately. The only other way that an inhuman entity will be allowed to possess an individual is by the will of God (for a higher purpose) or by dabbling in the darker elements of the supernatural. Of course doing something like this is all about show ratings and I wonder if Yvette, David or any other members are willing to dabble with their souls for the benefit of TV ratings and a popularity contest. Hoping for a manifestation of something sinister may be the intention needed for an entity – if it is there – to begin its slow process of infestation. Slowly over time, we may see personal problems arise within the lives of the crew or our intrepid hosts.
What if communication does happen?
It is important to know that a Demon may have a rank higher than we recognize and may in fact be governor of a legion of lesser demonic entities. Perhaps one mistake could lead to a catastrophic event of our their own doing. One thing remains constant and that is man’s search to understand himself. We have many religious beliefs and many paths to wisdom, yet the darker side of the paranormal interests us all and one thing that we all have in common is our thirst for knowledge and understanding, but to what cost. I will be interested to watch and see over a period of time if anything happens that is detrimental to anyone involved in the Demonic investigation. Even if they do not get any form of communication or the manifestation of activity, who’s to say that it’s not too late; for like a thief in the night – the demon could be waiting and lurking in the darkness – waiting to barter for a soul.

how can Yvette Fielding here wisper or anything if shes got ear peace in thats cuz they tell her what to do and say the noices like bang or tapping anything like that is all apart of stage act same as the rest of group that go round with her.
I agree with tap. If really ghost hunters went there for the night they would prove more then most haunted ever have on any of there shows.its really funny cuz things happen to them when cam isnt with them.
Can anyone say they have proved there was ghosts in any shape or form on any of there shows NO they havant.

I agree about using ouija boards I have tried and some very odd things were spelt out that most people playing wouldn’t have known about. I don’t ever play now.
I am a sceptic regarding the paranormal but I certainly believe that ghosts do not appear on command or to enhance a persons television career.

I know of a person who is 100% grounded whilst having a break in work a woman ran past her and a friend as if in a terrible hurry running through double fire doors – as she has told me “its as if the person was being chased”. They knew that where she ran was a dead end and they were also alarmed at her hurry and wanted to know what she wanted – when they went to look no-one was there. She is so glad that she wasn’t alone because as she says no-one would believe her and she cannot explain the situation. And I think that if things do happen we can’t explain this is how they happen.
Thanks Jock for your comments; very accurate ..the Team have no idea what they are playing with …calling up spirits for fun is bad enough, but doing it on a serious programme is crazy.Disembodied spirits are always seeking someone to possess. Yvette has already told reporters she can’t be alone at home anymore. I was interested about the comments re: Derek Acorah, does this mean his wife was looking up all the dates and things and letting him know….most odd ..that means she was doing that in Egypt as well. What I find strang is that they are wrapped up against the cold and damp and yet there is no sign of evaporating breath when they speak ..seems like the places are warmed up before they go in.
Firstly they should change the name of this show to “Most Advert Breaks” – There must be more adverts than there is show time. A 4 hour show which has an hour – hour and half of intros followed by 2 hours of investigation of which nearly half must be either adverts or ‘back to the studio’ – waste.
Not that it matters since it’s all faked anyway.

Secondly I just watched the 25 top moments of most haunted on Living and number 1 is pendle hill where they all get possessed or made ill which can obviously be faked anyway. Then the best bit is when they do ask for the table to be lifted and you clearly see Carl push the table up with his left hand.
The least they could do is come clean and call it an entertainment show but the way Carl and Yvette and the rest of them talk about how serious they are about the paranormal … it’s just utter garbage.

Most haunted is all real. why would they make it up? If you don’t believe it don’t watch it! im not a sceptic at all. i love the show, Keep it goin! x
