Myleene Klass defends working mums
Myleene Klass has vowed to return to work following the birth of her daughter.
The 32-year-old TV host – who is expecting her second child with fiance Graham Quinn in March – explained she intends to balance her parenting duties with her presenting career, as she gets “frustrated” when people criticise working mothers.
She said: “I get really frustrated when I read about women criticising other women for working and having a family. We should be supporting and encouraging each other.”
Despite her determined attitude when it comes to her work, Myleene – who is already mum to Ava, three – confessed she feels “very vulnerable” when she’s pregnant, and is “fed up” with feeling ill.
She added to Prima Baby magazine: “I’m a bit fed up with feeling ill now. I’m six months pregnant for goodness sake. I should have been feeling better ages ago.
“I feel very vulnerable when I’m pregnant. No matter how capable you are in real-life, the tiredness and sickness take their toll.”
