When Dan (Matthew Crompton) discovers what has gone on at the pub he insists on taking Leanne back there to front up Michelle. In front of a packed pub Dan takes great delight in telling Michelle that Leanne can’t have been with Steve as she was at the hospital all night worrying about him.

ITV1 is set to exclusively broadcast the Nelson Mandela concert from London’s Hyde Park after securing the UK broadcasting rights.
The concert, which will take place on the evening of Friday 27th June 2008 is being staged as a celebration of Mr Mandela’s 90th birthday and will feature a world class gathering of top musical acts and A-list stars. It is set to be an exciting event and Mr Mandela’s appearance is sure to make it an emotional and poignant evening.

US drama, 24 is to move on four years when it returns for its seventh series.
The New York Post reports that Chloe O’Brien, who was in the early stages of pregnancy during the last series, will now have a four year old son.
A spokesman from producer Fox said: “We’ve always built in significant passages of time between seasons of 24 for dramatic purposes. Luckily, like all great iconic characters, Jack Bauer is ageless.”
