Piers Morgan has laid down the gauntlet to other popular talk show hosts by claiming that he is one of the few that is straight talking and doesn’t kiss his guests a**ses.

Piers has hit out at BBC presenters Jonathan Ross and Graham Norton in particular, accusing them of being similar in their brown tongued tendencies.

Piers told heat radio : “I don’t mind telling people what I really think of them.

“People like Graham Norton and Jonathan Ross are kind of kiss a**e and tell guests how wonderful their movies are — when everyone knows that they’re terrible. The public aren’t stupid. They have woken up to that.”
