Police Camera Action Is Back On ITV1!
Police Camera Action returns to ITV1 for five one hour specials presented by Alastair Stewart and Adrian Simpson focusing on some of the most dangerous driving ever caught on camera and investigating the reasons, roads and drivers behind it.
In a variety of challenges exploring themes from dangerous roads to boy racers Adrian puts himself, and the public, to the test.
The first of these five specials, Ultimate Bad Drivers, looks at five of the worse driving offender types – boy racers, OAPs, school run mums, travelling sales reps and the notorious white van man.
Do these types of drivers really deserve their bad reputation? Shocking police footage provides examples of each one at their worst while five members of the public – representing the five groups, are challenged to re-sit their driving tests and prove the stereotype wrong.
Adrian Simpson takes the ultimate driving test to see how he measures up as a police pursuit officer. And, while he attempts to spot road hazards at high speeds, there’s more hazardous driving caught on camera in the search for the ultimate bad drivers.

The episode of Police camera action on 30th June was the worst ever. Only once did they blame the driver, it was “the most dangerous road”, roads have faults but drivers cause accidents, it was dated & old footage, the commentary on pursuits was boring, program was cheap & tacky. repetitive dialogue & footage through out,im sorry been a great fan, but no more, ex traffic cop for 23 years. i’m writing ti you about the episdoe you showd on the 21 july. i was really upset by the way you put a bad name to boy racers.yes you had some boy racers on your show with mod cars. but mosted off the show is with boy stealing cars these are not boy racer these in fact are theifs.boy racers are people that do their cars up and race not by stealing them. if you go down southend these cars are shown and have the police with then. i hope that you understand what i’m saying as you have gave boy racers a bad name
