Who would have thought that when Adam Lambert first rose to fame that one day he’d be performing shows across the world with Queen? The group have been working together for a few years now and it’s a partnership that seems like it could continue for many more years to come.
Queen and Adam Lambert only recently finished up on their tour across North America this summer which also seen them visit Australia and New Zealand.
The group are once again set to hit the road early next year as the huge shows make their way to Europe – including several dates in the UK.
Queen drummer Roger Taylor and Adam Lambert were reflecting on their partnership during a press conference in Berlin yesterday (December 11th) and the latter admitted: “This could have very well gone a different direction. It could have been an awkward pairing.”
“But I think what is so great is that we all get along really well and there’s a lot of mutual respect – and we have fun.”
Drummer, Roger Taylor added: “We had such great fun on our recent world tour, it’s a dream team with Adam. He can tackle any song and bring it to life. It really is a joy for us.”
Recently, there have been a lot of incidents in the United States involving the police which has seen them being heavily criticised.
Taking to Twitter earlier today, Adam gave his thoughts on police brutality and confessed that he finds the lack of control slightly worrying.
The star tweeted: “I’m just gonna state the obvious – the recent rise in US Police Brutality and lack of judgement is disgusting. C’mon guys. WTF?
“I know there are a lot of good cops out there but the system’s f*cked. Justice has been warped. What do we do to fix it?” he added.
