Queen’s Christmas Message Filmed In HD
The Queen’s 2007 Christmas message will be filmed in High Definiton for the first time this year, and it is said that Her Majesty is worried about looking her best, as HD is known for showing up every flaw and wrinkle.
A source told The Sun: “We had to get special permission from the Palace to film in HD. Every TV star has been worried about the advent of the technology — there’ve been a lot of nips and tucks going on behind the scenes.
“The Queen’s courtiers will have to make sure Her Royal Highness looks her best.”
The BBC will film the Queen’s Message, to be broadcast on Christmas Day at 3pm.
