Ricky Gervais Says “No More Extras!”
Ricky Gervais has told Graham Norton that he and Stephen Merchant will not be making any future series of Extras.
Ricky was appearing on Nortons risque chat show when the question was posed and he described the temptation to do another series, telling Graham that many A List stars have since said that they would be happy to cameo on any future episodes.
However Ricky says that the series ended on a high note and any further series would only be made to prove their star pulling power and may harm the integrity of the show. Nice to see someone not won over by the flashing dollar signs for a change!
