Rob James-Collier Glad To Be Leaving Corrie
Rob James-Collier has revealed that he is glad to be leaving ITV soap opera, Coronation Street.
Rob has won the sexiest male at the soap awards for two years running and it seems that it was these awards that influenced his decision to go.
He told New Magazine: “In a way this is why I am glad to be leaving the show,” he said. “You can work your nuts off acting-wise, but as soon as you appear on screen in a towel, bingo, you’re the sexiest male.”
Rob also added that he wouldn’t be jumping at the first panto role he was offered either:
He said: “I won’t be doing panto. I want to be taken seriously as an actor and that means landing the right part.”

Yes, I think he is rather gorgeous, but I agree with him 100%. He came onto Coronation Street as an actor, not someone to show off his beauty.
