Samantha Who has been greenlit for a full second series thanks to the US TV network ABC.

The show centres around Christina Applegates character, Samantha, who at the start of season one woke up from a coma to discover that she has amnesia and can’t remember anything about her former life.

Turns out she was a bit of a bitch and has a lot of making up to do, all the while trying to find out more about who she was before her accident.

Samantha Who ratings have been steady, though not astounding, throughout its first series on ABC helped along by the fact that it airs straight after Dancing With Stars. It airs in the UK on Thursday nights on E4.
