Seth Green and Breckin Meyer are to join the cast of hit sci-fi TV show Heroes.

The real life best friends and production partners would play “Atlanta-based comic book nerds aficionados who cross paths with (and perhaps serve as advisors to) one of the Heroes,” reports Entertainment Weekly.

Sources suggest that the boys are in final talks to join the show, but have not signed their contracts as yet.

I don’t know much about Meyer, as his and Green’s skecth show ‘Robot Chicken’ hasn’t hit UK TV screens yet, but Green has proved his worth in shows like Buffy and in movies such as Austin Powers. A great addition to the cast in my opinion!
