Sopranos Drea de Matteo Joins Desperate Housewives
Just when you began to lament the demise of Edie Britt, fiesty Drea de Matteo joins the cast of Desperate Housewives.
Entertainment Weekly reports that the former Sopranos actress will be a series regular and play the matriarch of a new Italian family. Casting is underway for her landscape designer husband Nick Vitale and handsome son Dominic Vitale.
