Stephen Fry quits Twitter
Actor Stephen Fry has decided to quit social networking site Twitter, after an argument occurred between him and another user.
Fry, 52, a bipolar disorder sufferer, wrote: “Too much aggression and unkindness. Pity. I’m obviously not good enough. Bye everyone.”
He added: “Very depressed and any drop of meanness makes it so much worse.”
Of course hundreds of his followers begged him to reconsider his decision.

Must be a slow news day. God forbid Fry, or any celeb, should have a bad day. That man gives, & gives & gives, and this is what he gets? You’ve also completely misquoted his tweets. It makes me feel angry that you’ve decided to print this AFTER he’s come back & tweeted an apology,& asked his fans to leave the guy alone. No one should have to apologize for their feelings, yet he did. Stephen Fry is a class act & I have the utmost respect for him.
