Over-eater James and dieter Modasser swapped eating regimes, with Dr Christian also prescribing a visit to the US for James to see what his overeating future could look like – such as spending most of his time in a reinforced chair. Superskinny Amy swapped diets with another Amy twice her size in the hopes of rediscovering a more healthy way of eating that didn’t involve non-stop cola drinking. Did the three dieters stick to their new eating plans or have they slipped back into their old unhealthy ways?
