Supervised by a specialist medical team, Kate and Louise embark on this gruelling weight-loss experiment that stretches them to their physical and emotional limits and helps them understand why modern women obsess about being thin, their weight and food. I also want to be size 00 so i know how you feel and im not gonna tell you to stop!
The whole thing about it saying you can lose weight is just so it can make a profit.
That stuff actually makes people ill without losing any weight what so ever so i’ve read.
Try going on an apple diet.
Eat nothing but apples.
Not only is it filling, all it has is water in it… and maybe some other good stuff!
I was a size 8/10 and now im size 4/6.
Which is what you want at least!

i want to be skinny. i am like 13 stone n i jst dotn seem to stop eatin. i feel really bad abotu my self. n i wish i could be a lil bit more skinny. :’( n if i try a diet i cnt stick to it. people tell me to eat n i jst give in to them

Yeah, it’s on youtube. I wanna be a size 00 as well. Try going on a raw food diet, where you only eat 500 cals a day. It’s easy with raw food, as the fiber will fill you up, and you’ll also get the right nutrients. Eat papaya a lot, coz it speeds up ypur metabolism really fast. Also, drink lots of water and burn 1000 cals at the gym. That way you will get there. I used to be a size 00, and then I had a phase where I’d eat quite a lot. I’m getting back on track now. Anyone can get there with raw food, even if you’re a bit heavier at the mo. Just keep going and be determined! You will get there!! If you wanna do this together so we can motivate each other just lemme know!

Yup, sure I’m up for it! Right now I have the flu, so that’s making the working – out part of my whole plan a little tough, but hopefully I’ll be better soon so the gym can see me again. ;D
