Suranne Jones and Paul Nicholls have signed up for new ITV medical series, Harley Street.

Suranne is best known as Karen from Coronation Street, and Paul Nicholls is a former Eastenders actor. The pair will be joined by Human Traffic star Shaun Parkes as “lifestyle surgeon” Ekkow.

The show will be based around the trio, who will be seen opening their own premises on London’s famous Harley Street.

An insider on the show from Carnival Films told The Mirror: “They are so caring and professional, the audience watching will wish they could be looked after them when they are ill.”
