
Rumours are circulating that TV presenters Ant & Dec are planning to leave ITV after their contract runs out.
ITV were fined this week, after being found guilty of a multi million pounds phone vote rigging operation. Ant & Decs two primetime shows, Takeaway and Gameshow Marathon were both at the centre of the scandal.

Ant and Dec have revealed that they are completely exhausted after presenting a Saturday Night Takeaway show, and they put part of it down to their advancing years.
“Even the run down the stairs at the beginning of the show knackers me now,” Dec told the Daily Record. “We started Takeaway when we were in our mid 20s and at this rate we’ll be needing chairlifts to get us down the stairs.
“When we look back on the early series of Takeaway, we look so young. We think we look a hell of a lot older than we did when we first started. Now we are all craggy faced but every wrinkle tells a story…”

Saturday Night Takeaway is to return to our screens this Saturday night on ITV1, but in this series the lads weekly challenge, will have a bit of a twist.
Instead of the normal Ant v Dec, this series we will see Ant vs Dec: The Teams. Tomorrow night each of the boys will be joined by a team of five celebrities who work alongside them in a weekly team event.
A source has informed us that earlier in the week, Ant and Dec and their celebrity teams were filming for the challenge down in the Royal Navy training base, HMS Collingwood in Fareham. The teams were practising the assault course and then trying their hands at the field gun run. On Saturday night they’ll be going head-to-head on a recreated course outside the ITV studios.
Celebrities that were seen arriving at the base included, Chico (from X Factor), Paul Daniels, Debbie McGee, Bonnie Langford, Jay from 5ive, Lee Sharpe, Lee Ryan, Sonia and Wayne Sleep. It is believed Melinda Messenger will also be taking on Saturday, but couldn’t make the training day.

Ant & Dec are back with the eighth series of their award winning entertainment show.
In the first episode, Hollywood A-lister and Golden Globe winner Will Ferrell will be stepping into The Voiceover Booth to lend his madcap ways to the show as guest announcer. Celebrities who took part last year included award winning director Quentin Tarantino, Hollywood actor Christian Slater, Harry Potter’s Daniel Radcliffe, funnyman Harry Hill and celebrity couple Peter and Jordan.

The golden boys of ITV, Ant and Dec, have just put another three awards on their mantle pieces, this time three National TV Awards.
Their ITV1 series I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! was top reality show and the duo were named best hosts.
Their Saturday Night Takeaway show, one of several ITV1 hits to be caught up in a recent phone-in scandal, received the prize for best entertainment programme.
The pair were unable to attend the event, due to previous appointments in LA, but via a live satellite link up McPartlin sent out a “massive heartfelt thank you to everybody who voted for us”.
“We are over the moon,” he added.

Ant and Dec made a glorious comeback to Saturday night telly this week with their newest series of Saturday Night Takeaway. However, one of the challenges proved dangerous for Dec, who fell during the last lap of an Ice Skating race.
Dec could be seen grimacing through the last fifteen minutes of the show, and as soon as the cameras stopped rolling, the pint size superstar was rushed to hospital.

Ant And Dec may be the next UK presenters to make it big in the US after NBC network ordered a six part run of thier series Wanna bet.
Ant — Anthony McPartlin, 31 — said: “We’ve been offered a few shows in the US over the last couple of years, but none were quite right. We jumped at the chance to host Wanna Bet?”
Ant And Dec have reportedly been offered a £40 million pay deal with ITV for the next three years.
