
TV duo, Ant & Dec are reported to be “appalled” by yesterdays revelation that they were wrongly given a British Comedy Award at the 2005 ceremony.
The peoples choice award should have gone to Catherine Tate, but was instead given to the boys after Robbie Williams said he would only present the award if Ant & Dec won.

TV presenting duo Ant & Dec have signed a book deal worth £2.8 million with Penguin books. The pair are set to release their first autobiography in time for Christmas 2009.
“We’ve considered working on a book for quite a while,” Ant told the Sunday Mirror. “But next year we will have been working together for 21 years, so we feel the time is right.”

We’ve lost Cat Deeley and Simon Cowell, and now it seems that Ant and Dec will be the next TV personalities to skip across the Atlantic and pursue the American Dream.
The Geordie pair recorded a quiz show for US TV network ABC last year, but it was feared that it would be dropped if the Americans couldn’t understand the pairs accents.
