BrainBox will see challengers compete head to head in high jeopardy mind games that require both mental agility and raw nerve.
Many scientists now believe that putting your brain through daily exercises improves memory and communication. Research shows that these mental exercises can have a significant and beneficial effect on health and wellbeing.

BBC Two has struck a deal with US television network, NBC, giving the channel first refusal on any future series of hit Sci-fi show, Heroes.
Although Heroes first aired on the Sci Fi channel, BBC Two is currently airing the premiere series, with the second to follow.
The BBC said in a statement: “We’re delighted to have secured an exclusive ongoing deal with NBC Universal.
“This means that if NBC Universal produce more seasons of Heroes (beyond season two which is already in production) the BBC can buy them at a pre-agreed price. Read More »

British actor, Malcolm McDowell is set to star in an episode of Sci-Fi hit drama, Heroes this autmun.

Hit Sci-Fi TV show, Heroes is due to get its very own spin off show next month.
The show will include brand new characters, but will also give viewers the chance to vote for thier favourite Heroes: Origins character who will then join the cast of the new show.
Kevin Smith, the man behind Clerks and Jay And Silent Bob, has signed up to write and direct an episode.
“I just don’t want to be the guy who ruins Heroes,” he joked.
Meanwhile, Adrian Pasdar - who plays ambitious airborne politico Nathan Petrelli – says that each of the heroes is set for a thrilling storyline in Origins.
“No matter who your favourite character is, the things that are going to happen in this season will be exciting to the point of being numbing for fans,” he said.
Claire’s romantic interlude with the football quarterback takes a tragic turn, as the epic American drama continues. Hiro convinces his friend, Ando, that it is their destiny to travel to America to save the world. Meanwhile, Nathan uses Peter’s accident for his own political gain, and Officer Matt Parkman, Mohinder Suresh and the FBI are all on the trail of the mysterious Sylar.

The hit American series Heroes, an epic drama chronicling the lives of ordinary people who discover they possess extraordinary powers, comes to BBC Two.
Sue Deeks, BBC Television’s Head of Series, Programme Acquisition, secured the free terrestrial television rights to Heroes in the UK for the BBC.
She says: “Heroes is a fresh and imaginative take on the superhero theme and features amazing special effects – BBC Two is the perfect home for such an intriguing, intelligent and irresistible drama.”
From creator/writer Tim Kring (Crossing Jordan), this 23-episode drama begins as a total eclipse casts its shadow across the globe.
