As fans of Coronation Street will know, Eva Price wants Nick Tilsley back, and the fact that he’s about to marry his fiancé Leanne Barlow is a mere inconvenience that Eva has no intention of letting stop her from winning back her man.

So far, her plan is going rather well too, given that she’s managed to facilitate Leanne and her ex-husband Peter getting closer, and of course, as the wedding day approaches, Leanne (Jane Danson) is set to become unsure as to whether it’s Peter or Nick that she truly wants.

With a hen party including your fiancée’s ex (who happens to be your resentful half-sister) and your already once ex-mother-in-law, Leanne Barlow’s Coronation Street send off to married life was never going to be a fabulous one, was it?
And the guest list goes someway to explaining why it precisely was not that, as the Daily Mail newspaper has printed pictures of that Leanne (Jane Danson) left alone and miserable on her big night, after a drunken row with her sister, Eva (Catherine Tyldesley).

But first, of Catherine’s worries – she of course plays sexy Eva Price – it seems that since she split with her boyfriend, she’s heard rumours that pictures she sent him are “doing the rounds”.
A friend of Catherine’s told the Mirror, “She’s terrified they could appear on Twitter or Facebook at any moment.
“And it goes without saying she will be absolutely furious if they do.
“The snaps were sent in confidence but it looks as though somebody is threatening to betray her trust, which is very upsetting and disappointing.
“There’s nothing she can do apart from cross her fingers and hope for the best.”

Several of Coronation Street’s stars were in Manchester this weekend to attend a charity ball at the city’s Hilton Hotel, and judging by snaps posted to Twitter by Catherine Tyldesley – who of course plays Eva Price – one of which is above, there was a lot of bed hopping going on, and at one point, a foursome!
But no, this wasn’t a scene from Ken & Deirdre Barlow: The Secret Swinger Files, and was in fact simply the cast mucking about…
As many of them had done throughout the event, with resident comedian Simon Gregson – who plays Steve McDonald – even deciding to join his co-star Antony Cotton on stage wearing nothing but his undies. As you do.
As Antony, who of course plays Sean Tully, soldiered on singing Kiss Me Honey Honey, Simon swept the stage to a chorus of applause and laughter.

She said, “Wendy’s Vice Chair of the Bessie Street School Governors and Head teacher Brian Packham [Peter Gunn] has asked Ken to be on the governing body which is unbeknown to Wendy.
