Heroes, Chapter 16 - Unexpected (Episode Guide)

Ted Sprague meets Hana Geitelman, who shows him the marks from the tranquilizer gun the Company uses to capture people with powers.

Claire’s mother fails to recognize her, but within moments seems to be alright again.

Noah Bennett is at Isaac Mendez’s apartment. Isaac shows him a painting of Peter looking transparent. Bennett reveals that an old (invisible) colleague must still be alive.

Heroes Comic Book: Sneak Peek At The New Cover

I know, I Know….it’s not a comic book, it’s a graphic novel! I also know that men only call it that so that they feel better about reading children’s books.

Anyway TVguide.com has managed to get an exclusive loook at the illustration for the cover of the new Heroes graphic novel, and I must say it’s impressive!

Heroes, Chapter 14 - Distractions (Episode Guide)

This latest episode picks up in New York where an invisible Claude and Peter walk through the streets talking about their abilities. Claude theorises that Peter’s body remembers the powers he’s absorbed from others, but that his body has them all jumbled. Deciding to give Peter a crash test, he steals a woman’s handbag and tosses it to Peter before walking off. Peter suddenly becomes visible again…

Niki Sanders meets with the prison psychiatrist, who is trying to get Jessica’s personality to come through. With a metronome, she gets Niki talking about her sister playing piano. Suddenly Jessica comes forward and breaks free of her restraints…

Heroes, Chapter 13 - The Fix (Episode Guide)

Hiro tries to stop time so that he and Ando can escape a parking fine, but fails. He feels that the samurai sword is the key to his powers and will help him focus them. On the way to pick up the car, he and Ando discover they are being chased by men in a van.

They hide under a car, but it is driven off, exposing them to the men. As they run away, Ando gets caught and Hiro is forced to return. They’re bundled into the van - Ando says “You came back for me”, to which Hiro replies “That’s how we roll!”

Heroes, Chapter 12 - Godsend - Episode Guide

Episode opens in the hospital where Nathan and his mother are attending comatose Peter Petrelli. Simone visits and Nathan lies that Peter said he felt he was absorbing too many powers. He insists that Simone takes him to Isaac to “see the person who’s responsible for all of this”.

They arrive in Isaac’s apartment to discover he’s returned and is clean. He tells Simone that he was in a clinic and that he is only alive because of her. Nathan admits that Peter feels responsible for the bomb.

Claire’s school is about to reopen and she admits to Noah that she’s concerned about being asked questions. She pretends that she has no memory of the events that night.

Heroes, Chapter 11 - Fallout - Episode Guide

Noah Bennett admits to Claire that he knows about her abilities, has known for a long time. He claims that he kept it from her to keep her safe. Claire understands that Sylar was looking to kill her when he killed Jaqueline.

Claire tells Noah that Zach and Lyle know about her abilities. He insists that Claire tells no-one else and that she destroys the tapes she made of her abilities.

Heroes, Chapter 8 - Seven Minutes To Midnight - Episode Guide

Mohinder Suresh

The episode begins with Mohinder Suresh back in India scattering the ashes of his father in the ocean. Afterward, Mohinder talks to his friend about America and his friend tries to convince him that there is a life for him in India.

Mohinder’s ex-girlfriend Mira visits him and talks about a possible job at a genetic research lab.

Mohinder later has a series of flashbacks that show discussions with his father and mother. He speaks to his mother after this and is told that he had a sister who died that they thought had special abilities. He has a further dream in which he sees his father’s murder. A child in the dream presents him with a strange key.

Isaac Mendez/Noah Bennett

Isaac wakes up in bed with Eden in the room and she reassures him that she’s going to help him get free of drugs and that he’ll still be able to paint.

Noah Bennett meets Isaac and acknowledges that he can paint the future. He offers to help Isaac, in return for his help. He explains that Claire is his daughter and that he needs him to take heroin one last time.  Noah forces Eden to talk Isaac into taking the drug. He says something interesting about how she was when he found her, and how Eden talking Isaac into taking heroin is the easy option “and we both know what the hard option is”.

Hiro & Ando & Charlie Andrews

Charlie a waitress with a seemingly fathomless knowledge of trivia. She meets Hiro and Ando and impresses them with her knowledge of Japanese. Which she claims to have learned from a book the previous day. She mentions that “it’s a funny thing my brain’s been doing lately”.

Hiro gets flirty with Charlie the waitress as he teaches her more Japanese. At the same time, Hiro and Ando are being watched by a sinister figure in the cafe.

Charlie later goes to the kitchens, but a strange shadow is cast over her and suddenly she bleeds from the head. She falls down. Dead. The crashing brings the other waitress and the police officers sitting in the cafe.

Afterward Hiro and Ando discuss using his powers to travel to the past to prevent the murder. Hiro concentrates and then disappears. As Ando walks around the cafe waiting for Hiro’s return, we see a photo showing Hiro and Charlie at what appears to be a birthday party.

Matt Parkman

Matt Parkman and his foxy FBI colleague Agent Hanson interrogate Ted. As he gets agitated, the glass of water in his hand starts to bubble and give off steam. Parkman manages to calm him down and they communicate through thought. Ted shows him the strange mark on his neck which matches Parkman’s marks exactly.

Matt and Ted discover that their experiences of being abducted are the same. Both recognize the Haitian man from their abductions. Their discussion is interrupted as Ted is taken away.

After punching Tom, Matt is suspended from the force for a month. He goes home and his wife admits the affair, saying that it’s over. Just after, Matt gets a call from Hanson to say that Ted the nuclear dude has escaped custody.

Heroes, Chapter 6 - Better Halves - Episode Guide

Episode starts with Peter and Isaac, Peter passes on his message to Hiro - “Save the cheerleader, save the world”. Afterward, in the car park, the gambler Hiro and Ando ripped off tracks them down and tells them he wants payback.

Hiro and Ando get involved in a card game to pay back the gamblers, but Ando discovers a gun under the table and they hide in the bathroom as a gunfught ensues. Hiro feels guilty that he hid and could do nothing to save them. Ando advises Hiro that when he refines his powers he might be able to come back and fix the things he wasn’t able to do first time around.

Heroes, Chapter 5 - Hiros (Episode Guide and clip) SPOILER!

The episode begins on the subway where future Hiro Nakamura meets Peter Petrelli, and tells him that he has to save the cheerleader, Claire Bennett. He leaves with the advice “Be the one we need”.

Peter tells an incredulous Mohinder what happened with Hiro, but Mohinder walks away unimpressed.

Claire is in the hospital after the crash where she sees a broken up Brody on a gurney. She opens up to Noah and tells him about Brody’s attempted rape, and admits that she lied to him.

Heroes, Chapter 4 - Collision (Episode Guide)

heroes-logoWhen we return to Heroes, cop Matt Parkman has been captured by Noah Bennett and his sinister friend. Hiro and Ando are in Las Vegas, and Niki Saunders and her son Micah are there also, paying a visit to loan shark Lindermann.

Claire Bennett is in hospital, and as the camera pans back, we discover chest skin has been completely stripped away and she’s on the autopsy table. The coroner removes the stick that’s pierced Claire’s brain and she starts to rejuvinate again. When the coroner’s back is turned, she slips out of the room.
