Coronation Street star Kym Marsh stayed close to Jamie Lomas’ sisters, despite the fact that she and the actor are no longer dating.
The 33-year-old actress has become close to Lomas’s sister Cassie and half-sister Charley Webb, best known as Emmerdale’s Debbie Dingle.
A source told Now: “Charley actually introduced Kym and Jamie, and his sister Cassie still often does Kym’s make-up.

Tina O’Brien has admitted that she finds it strange to watch romantic moments between her real life boyfriend and his co-star, Michelle Keegan.
Ryan Thomas, whose character Jason Grimshaw is Tina McIntyre (played by Michelle Keegan) in the soap.
Asked if she gets jealous seeing them together, Tina told MSN: “I definitely don’t get jealous if they’re kissing – that doesn’t really bother me at all – it’s not the nicest thing in the world but I’m certainly not jealous about it.”

Vicky Binns has admitted that she has been regularly booed in the street by Corrie fans.
Binns plays Molly Dobbs on Coronation Street. Molly is currently cheating on her hubby, Tyrone with mechanic, Kevin Webster.
“Everyone asks me, ‘How can you do that to poor Tyrone?’” she told Inside Soap. “I did the Bupa Great North Run recently, and got booed for the full 13 miles!”

On Monday at 7:30pm, Kevin and Molly arrange another secret date. But when Pam overhears Molly lying to Dev, asking for time off because her dad’s ill, she smells a rat.
After checking Molly’s story with Tyrone, and forcing Molly to lie again, she becomes suspicious. Molly meanwhile is oblivious as she and Kevin play at husband and wife by visiting a show home and calling themselves Mr and Mrs Webster. But as they arrive back in the pick-up truck and share a steamy kiss, they‘re watched by a stunned Pam.
Tony breathes a sigh of relief as Helen and Barry leave for Ireland. But his relief is shortlived when Maria tells him she thinks they should get in touch with Carla and tell her about their engagement. Coronation Street actress Katherine Kelly has insisted that she is happy being single, following the recent split from actor Oliver Williams.
Kelly told New magazine: “I’m happy being single – my friends have started getting married and I’ve had two weddings this year, but I’m not in a rush.”
She continued: “I do want children, but I’m all or nothing, and I know that when kids come along, my life will totally change.”

Coronation Street’s Kym Marsh has reportedly claimed to be “destroyed” by her split from Jamie Lomas.
According to Now magazine, Marsh told her friends and family: “I wanted marriage, babies, the works. I never thought this would happen in a million years. In the end, it was like living with a stranger and then he suddenly wanted out. I’m destroyed by it.”
An insider added: “When she spoke about wedding bells last year, Kym really meant it – this relationship was for keeps.

Antony Cotton has admitted that hopes to stay on Coronation Street for years to come and has no plans to leave the show.
Speaking to the Belfast Telegraph, he explained: “I have no intention of leaving Coronation Street. I am very happy to be there, and as long as they are happy to have me then I don’t see any reason why I would want to leave.
“We are in very uncharted waters at the moment in all areas of business, so certainly now would not be the time to walk away from a very successful television show – nor do I have any want or need to at the moment.”

Coronation Street star Gray O’Brien, has praised how the crew handled Tony’s heart attack scenes and promised that they will look realistic.
O’Brien told PA that to make the heart attack look real, he first researched the sbject horoughly.
He commented: “There’s always a danger that we’ll do something that will look a bit comedic. It’s a difficult thing to play when you don’t understand. I think we’ve got away with it very nicely, the way we’ve shot it.”

It’s the day of baby Liam’s christening, and after a difficult start to the day, an uneasy truce is called between the Connors and Maria and Tony. Helen’s touched and grateful when Maria relents and dresses Liam in the family christening gown.
As the family settle down for lunch, Tony proposes a toast, but is interrupted by a phone call. Clearly unsettled by the call, Tony tells Maria and the Connors that he has to go to an emergency meeting but assures them he’ll be back in time for the christening.
