Empire Online report that Daniel will star in new supernatural thriller, Horns, which is the brainchild of Red Granite and Mandalay Pictures.
However, it seems that Daniel wasn’t first in line for the role, but as Shia LaBeouf turned it down, Daniel signed up to play Ig Perrish, who’s the prime suspect in the violent rape and murder of his girlfriend.
Empire adds, “Hung-over from a night of hard drinking, Ig awakens one morning to find horns starting to grow from his own head and soon realizes their power drives people to confess their sins and give in to their most selfish and unspeakable impulses – an effective tool in his quest to discover the true circumstances of his late girlfriend’s tragedy and for exacting revenge on her killer…” Read more & comment »

Daniel Radcliffe is 500/1 with Ladbrokes to take over from Ed Miliband as the next Labour leader.
Following his public defection from the Lib-Dems it’s also 33/1 he stands as a Labour MP before 2050 with odds of 150/1 applying should the wizard ever make it to Number 10.
He’s just 5/1 to work his magic at the next Labour Party conference, while it’s 4/1 that any current Labour MP dons a cloak or picks up a wand for a photoshoot this year.

Daniel Radcliffe has retained his place as the most affluent British star under the age of 30 according to the definitive entertainment rich list.
The Harry Potter actor, 22, topped heat magazine’s 30 Under 30 Rich List with estimated earnings of £51.7m, an increase of £6.1m on last year.

Daniel Radcliffe, Cheryl Cole and Robert Pattinson have all been named as some of the UK’s richest young people.
The ‘Harry Potter’ actor – who recently finished filming his run of movies playing the boy wizard – made £28.5 million in 2009-10, pushing his net worth to £48 million.
The 21-year-old star, who is currently appearing in Broadway musical ‘How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying’, is not the only ‘Harry Potter’ actor to appear in The Sunday Times Rich List of young people – Emma Watson comes in at 13 with earnings of £2 million, pushing her total up to £22 million, joint with Rupert Grint.

Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has revealed that he would be more than happy to take part in a sex scene for a TV show or movie, if thats what the script dictates.
Radcliffe told The Sun: “If the script says smoke, I smoke. If the script says I have sex, then I have sex – that’s just what you do as an actor.”
