Daniella Westbrook has revealed that her character Sam Mitchell will be returning to BBC soap Eastenders.
The actress who is about to compete in ITV’s Dancing On Ice, told The Mirror:
“I can’t reveal how she (her character Sam Mitchell) leaves, so I can’t tell you how soon she’ll be back, but she’s there to come back.
Daniella Westbrook has faced major criticism since returning to our screens on BBC soap, Eastenders and much of the negative comments have been aimed at her changed appearance and dwindling looks.
The 35-year-old actress isn’t ‘bovvered’ by the remakrs though and told The Mirror:
“I don’t care what people say about my looks,” she says. “I know I’m never going to win any awards for being beautiful.
This is the news I’ve been waiting for since Daniella Westbrook returned to Eastenders….she’s leaving again!
Daniella reprised the role of Sam Mitchell just two weeks ago and has since been displaying her ridiculous lack of acting skills on the BBC soap. Eastenders bosses say she isn’t being let go, in fact they have insisted that she was only signed for three months. However I am sure her screwed up crying face and inability to be believable, helped the decision along.
Sam Mitchell makes her big comeback to Walford this month and she is keeping a few secrets from her big brother Phil. Turns out she’s a topless model that can’t find a job.
Poor old Bianca, no sooner has she decided to give old Ricky a go than he rushes to the aid of his ex-wife.
Bianca has been in the dark all week as to Ricky’s whereabouts, however it soon emerges that Phil has sent him to Brazil to rescue on the run criminal, Sam Mitchell.
It isn’t long after the pair return to Walford that they get engaged, leaving Bianca well and truly devastated.
There has recently been speculation that the BBC are considering bringing Danniella Westbrook back into Eastenders as Sam Mitchell.
Although sources have denied that plans are afoot, actress Patsy Plamer admitted that she would love to see Daniella back on set.
MSN quote Patsy as saying: “It would be lovely for her to come back and just personally for her to get back to work and be doing stuff would be great, because she looks so fantastic.”
