First poster of ‘Walking Dead’ season 3 features Michonne and The Governor – *SPOILERS*

AMC, the network behind The Walking Dead, has released the poster of the third season and instead of just showing survivor group leader, Rick, it now also features new characters Michonne and The Governor.

The poster is released following the preview of some stills to preview the much-anticipated new season and the show also plans to visit  San Diego Comic-Con on Friday, July 13 in Hall H. Andrew Lincoln, Sarah Wayne Callies, Norman Reedus and more are set to attend the panel, where fans can get the first look at an official sneak preview of season 3.

True Love Finale: David Morrissey & Gemma Chan shine but the whole thing was just too disappointingly short!

It’s fair to say that True Love has had one mightily impressive cast for a series of semi-improvised stories however there is one man that no ensemble TV drama should be without… that being the wonderful David Morrissey. Luckily Morrissey is the star of the final episode in which he plays lonely taxi driver Adrian who spends most of his time looking after his daughter Karen, who in turn was having it off with her teacher (Billie Piper) in episode three, so he turns to online dating sites to find a potential match. After several montages show him scrolling across various screens he finally meets Kathy, a British national living in Hong Kong with whom he has a sudden connection as they talk on the phone before deciding that she should come to visit. Of course his decision comes under fire from both his work colleague and Karen who is ashamed of her father, thinking that he is essentially paying for sex.

The Walking Dead spoiler: First look at David Morrisey as the Governor, and Glen Mazzara says it has been scary taking over from fired series creator Frank Darabont!

In the build up to the much-anticipated third series of the popular zombie series, The Walking Dead, the network giants behind the hit show, AMC, have released pictures of the David Morrisey as he takes his role as The Governor.

The Governor is described as one of the most formidable baddies from the series, taken from the character in Robert Kirkman’s graphic novels.  The Governor is the brutal and vicious leader of Woodbury, a small settlement of survivors, and who became one of Rick’s (Andrew Lincoln) greatest enemies in the comic book series.

SANDRA OH JOINS DAVID MORRISSEY IN THORNE: SCAREDY CAT

Sky1 HD have announced the start of production on the second Mark Billingham adaptation of thorne: scaredy cat and the casting of Golden Globe® winner Sandra Oh (Grey’s Anatomy) as DS Sarah Chen. The first adaptation, thorne: sleepyhead, wrapped production in April and it will precede thorne: scaredy cat to form a six-part series on Sky1 HD in Autumn 2010. This will be followed by a worldwide theatrical release from ContentFilm.
