Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber as promised that he will not churn out a rubbish song for this years Eurovision Song Contest.
Lloyd Webber has agreed to pen Britain’s entry for the competition and is launching a search to find a talented singer or group to perform it.

Graham Norton is set to replace Terry Wogan on this years Eurovision Song Contest.
Terry will stand down after presenting the show for 35 years, Wogan said he would be “sad to leave it all behind”.
He said: “I’ve had 35 wonderful years commentating on the Eurovision for radio and television.
“From my first, in a small musichall in Dublin, to my last, in the huge arena in Belgrade, it has been nothing but laughter and fun.
“The silly songs, the spectacle, the grandiose foolishness of it all.

Andrew Lloyd Webber has today made an impassioned plea to the British nation, asking someone to come forward and sing his new song for next years Eurovision Song Contest.

Juries are to return to the Eurovision Song Contest this year in a bid to stop the public trend of tactical voting.
The move comes after Eurovision veteran, Terry Wogan, quit the show when UK came last in the competition and Russia won, having received the maximum 12 points from former Soviet states Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Belarus and Armenia, as well as Israel.
Eurovision executive supervisor Svante Stockselius said: “Nothing is more democratic than the vote of the public. But a jury takes the opportunity to listen to the songs several times before they make up their minds. Read more & comment »
