Courtney Cox and Matthew Perry are to be reunited after nine years apart as on-screen lovers in Perry’s new sitcom, Go On, The Sun newspaper reports.

Cox and Perry are best known for playing the best friends turned husband and wife duo, Monica Geller and Chandler Bing in the US phenomenon sitcom, Friends, but now, nine years after the show ended they are to be reunited as on-screen lovers in Perry’s new sitcom, Go On.

Monica and Chandler’s wedding on Friends voted ‘most likely’ to make viewers cry!

Devoted followers of Friends, such as myself, are still mourning the passing of a truly great show, which was in its own way somewhat groundbreaking as well seriously funny…

However, though it’s gone, it most certainly not forgotten and today it’s been revealed that in a poll conducted by Kleenex, the episode in which Monica Geller and Chandler Bing got married is the ‘most likely’ to have us Brits in tears.

The two-parter, which was entitled, The One with Monica and Chandler’s Wedding, saw not only Monica (Courteney Cox) and Chandler (Matthew Perry) of course marry, but it also was the setting for the big Rachel’s pregnant reveal.

However, the most touching moments of the episode, according to the survey, came when Monica and Chandler made their vows.

Matt LeBlanc teases episodes series 2 and admits ‘I’ve moved on from Friends’

Former Friends star, Matt LeBlanc, has revealed that he has no plans whatsoever for any type of Friends reunion and that  he has now “closed” that chapter of his life.

The actor, who played Joey Tribbiani in the iconic nineties sitcom, went on to say that despite the show being “the best ten years of his life” he was ruling out any reunions or similar projects.

“It was the best ten years of my life. I had the best time doing it. But I don’t think ‘miss’ is the right word. It will always have a special place in my heart, but that was a time and a place and that chapter is closed,” said LeBlanc.

Jennifer Aniston to appear topless in new movie ‘Horrible Bosses’?

Jennifer Aniston is rumoured to have filmed some topless scenes for her new movie.

The former ‘Friends’ actress reportedly agreed to appear in a number of raunchy scenarios for comedy ‘Horrible Bosses’, however producers are still unsure whether or not they will make the final cut of the film.

A source told UsMagazine.com: “She shot a topless scene, but producers aren’t sure if they’ll use it. They filmed it two ways in one, you see Jen’s face and boobs in the same shot. In another, the audience might think it’s a body double.”

Friends star Matthew Perry heading for rehab

Matthew Perry has revealed that he is planning to to enter rehab as he needs to deal with his ongoing “sobriety” issues.

The former ‘Friends’ actor – spent time in a specialist clinic as he dealt with substance abuse issues in 1997 and 2001 – has not suffered a relapse, but intends to “go away” for some time to focus on himself.

He said in a statement: “I’m making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery.

Matt LeBlanc made $100 million from Friends!

Matt LeBlanc has revealed that he really doesn’t need to work again, since he made a whopping $100 million from Friends.

The 43 year old short to fame in the 90s as Joey Tribbiani on the hit US sitcom and by the time the series ended in 2004, he Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer were getting $1.3million per episode.

Friends star Jennifer Aniston turned out to the Women in Film’s 2010 Crystal and Lucy Awards last night in order to support for former co-star, Courteney Cox.

The awards ceremony, which was held at the prestigious Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in California, saw Courtney scoop an award for her contribution to television.

‘The Rachel’ most popular hairdo ever

It seems that The Rachel hairdo is the most requested hairstyle “in British history”, according to today’s Daily Star.

The paper states that around 10 million women have asked their hair stylists to make them look like Jennifer Aniston, the Friend’s star who played Rachel.

A Meg Ryan style was second favourite hairdo, followed by Dannii Minogue’s bob. And Dannii’s X Factor colleague Cheryl Cole’s curly hair was the fourth most popular style.

Matthew Perry in new comedy series

Friends star Matthew Perry is set to star in a new comedy TV show entitled, Mr Sunshine.

Commissioned by the US TV network, ABC, The West Wing actress Allison Janney will co-star alongside Matthew and will play the role of his boss.

Matthew’s character will be the manager of a sports arena who’s going through a mid-life crisis when he turns 40.

Matthew will apparently be executive producer of the pilot episode, along with Thomas Schlamme who’s directing. Read more & comment »

Lisa Kudrow’s Web Therapy to air on TV


Friends star Lisa Kudrow’s quirky online comedy, Web Therapy, is set to be given air time on TV.

US TV channel, Showtime, has signed up to 10 episodes of the internet based show, and has promised that some big name actors will have cameo roles in the show, including Lisa’s fellow Friends co-star, Courteney Cox.

In Web Therapy, Lisa plays a psychotherapist who offers counseling via webcam in three-minute sessions. Read more & comment »

Channel 4 & E4 will no longer air Friend’s reruns!

Finally! Channel 4 have realised that while Friends was the biggest show of its era, none of us are interested in watching it five times a day on one of their TV channels.

The UK TV network have ended their deal with Warner Bros to air reruns of the show and the rights have now been picked up by Comedy Central instead.

Courtney Cox denies Friends film rumour

Friends star Courtney Cox has denied rumours that a spin-off film of the hugely popular show will be made.

In an interview with the Daily Mirror, Cox was asked if it’s true the film is in the pipeline, and she replied, “That would be a negative.

“We’re not. I can’t imagine it. I don’t know. I just can’t imagine that happening.

Former Friends actress Jennifer Aniston has said that if there is to be a show reunion it should happen sooner rather than later.

When asked about her fans demand for a reunion by MTV Aniston said: “They do want to know that all the time. I don’t think so, and if they do, they should hurry up.”

The main reason for Aniston’s reticence is that she doesn’t want to make a comeback as an elderly woman.

David Schwimmer Says NO To Friends Movie

Former Friends actor, David Schwimmer has said that a movie of the series is NOT in the pipeline despite persistent rumours.

“I’d like to say in regard to the rumours that – I think are only perpetuated by the press – there’s never been any talk of a Friends film, at least as far as I know,” he told Parade.com.

David revealed that he rarely even thinks about the show unless he is asked about it.
