To answer my own question in the title, I still can’t decide if it’s compulsive or repulsive viewing, but I know the final few minutes made me squirm…
Here’s what ITV’s press release said of the show: “GMTV’s Andrew Castle presents Divided – a thrilling new game show that sees thousands of pounds up for grabs every weekday afternoon. But contestants will only walk away with the cash if they can work together and agree on absolutely everything.
In each game, three strangers have one simple task. Answer up to fifteen general knowledge questions unanimously to win a major cash prize. The clock is ticking and for each second that goes by without an agreed answer, money is lost…

Gameshows have always held a special place in the heart of British viewers, and this new series of Gameshow Marathon will celebrate many of the old favourites
Vernon Kay will be putting celebrity contestants on the starting block as they prepare to take a trip down memory lane in Vernon Kay’s Gameshow Marathon.
The shows featured in this series are: The Price is Right, Blockbusters, Blankety Blank, The Golden Shot, Name that Tune, Mr & Mrs, Bullseye, and Play Your Cards Right
This week the featured show is The Price is Right – so our celebrities will be asked to ‘Come on Down’ and join in the fun.
ITV1 Network Saturday 7 April 7:40 PM to 8:40 PM
Each week the winning contestant will go straight through to the quarter-final, Mr and Mrs, then the three with the highest scores go through to the semi-final, Bullseye, the series will culminate in a grand final when the two best-performing celebrities battle it out for the title.
Each of the shows will feature the original sets, a mountain of ‘super, smashing, great’ prizes and of course those all important catchphrases!
