The brand new season of one of TV’s biggest US medical shows, Grey’s Anatomy, is here for Autumn on LIVING.
The students become the teachers as Seattle Grace Hospital’s finest, and most complicated, interns Meredith (Ellen Pompeo), Cristina (Sandra Oh), Izzie (Katherine Heigl) and Alex (Justin Chambers) take on their own interns to mentor.
These new doctors include George (T. R. Knight) who failed his exams making him repeat the year, and Meredith’s half sister Lexie (Chyler Leigh). As ever they’re all discovering that neither medicine nor relationships can be defined in black or white, only shades of grey…

Greys Anatomy star, Katherine Heigl, has pulled out of this years Emmy’s race as she claimed that her diminished role on the show did not justify a nomination.

In an interview with TVGuide.com, Grey’s Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey admitted that the relationship between Derek and Meredith may be reaching the end of its lifeline.
“The next couple of episodes are going to be completely different with what happens with Meredith and Derek,” Dempsey revealed. “I’m looking forward to that change and that movement.”
“I just want the characters to continue to grow and to work things out realistically,” Dempsey says. “Derek and Meredith’s relationship has gone as far as it can go. I don’t think it’s going to go unless she commits to marrying him or goes into therapy and starts working on herself. We’ll have a cliffhanger with this last show and there will be a resolve that seems to be permanent.”
