Coronation Street’s Kym Marsh has reportedly claimed to be “destroyed” by her split from Jamie Lomas.

According to Now magazine, Marsh told her friends and family: “I wanted marriage, babies, the works. I never thought this would happen in a million years. In the end, it was like living with a stranger and then he suddenly wanted out. I’m destroyed by it.”

An insider added: “When she spoke about wedding bells last year, Kym really meant it – this relationship was for keeps.

Soap stars Kym Marsh and Jamie Lomas have split up.

The pair dated for 15 months but are said to have found it difficult to recover from the death of their baby son in February.

One friend told The Sun: “His death hit them for six and they were both devastated by it.

“But they had not been together long so they found it hard to deal with. Often couples in that situation have a shared history which helps them get over it – but they didn’t have that.”

Hollyoaks actor Jamie Lomas has admitted he will miss bad boy Warren Fox when he leaves the Channel 4 soap.

Speaking ahead of his sensational exit next month, Jamie said: “He’s been my life for the last three years and it’s been a bit weird putting him to bed and it’ll take some time to shake him off I think.

“I’m going to miss him tremendously, I loved playing him and the writers did such a great job with him and wrote some amazing storylines.”

Jamie Lomas has revealed that he is looking forward to leaving Channel 4 soap, Hollyoaks and fully intends to fit in some relaxation time.

“I’m really looking forward to a break,” Lomas said. “I did Dream Team before this so I’ve worked solidly for five years.”

He continued: “Some weeks you’re in 12 hours a day, five days a week, and at the weekend you’re doing personal appearances.”

Channel 4 have confirmed that Hollyoaks hotties Jamie Lomas and Chris Fountain are leaving the show.

The pair’s final scenes will air on the 29th of May when an old enemy of Warren returns to settle a score.

Jamie said: “I’ve had a fantastic three years at Hollyoaks but having fully explored the character I felt the time was right for me to move on. I’ve enjoyed being part of the Hollyoaks cast where I’ve made some brilliant friends and worked with some great people.

The newborn baby son of Kym Marsh and Jamie Lomas has died after being born 18 weeks early.

Kym went into hospital on Wednesday night and baby Archie Jay Lomas was born soon after, sadly the little boy died just hours later.

In a statement, Marsh said: “Archie is our beautiful angel and we will miss him so much.”

Coronation Street star Kym Marsh has told her boyfriend to commit to her properlyor face being dumped.

Kym has been dating Hollyoaks star Jamie Lomas for four months but the couple have reportedly been arguing a lot recently, including one very public row at a party last month.

According to Now, a source close to the couple commented that the two are not seeing eye to eye.

“He’s told her to stop being so paranoid, but she’s feeling insecure and just can’t help herself,” said the source.

“Jamie doesn’t do as he’s told. He’s not a lapdog and it means Kym has to get used to not having it all her own way. She’s even been checking his phone, but found nothing. She told friends that she thought she was well within her rights.”

Maybe the Steve-Becky storyline has made her more suspicious in real-life too.

Coronation Street actress, Kym Marsh, and Hollyoaks actor, Jamie Lomas have finally come clean about their relationship.

The pair showed up together at this week’s Inside Soap awards and even snogged for the cameras.

Lomas told the Daily Star: “Of course we are so happy, just look at the smile on her face! I guess you can say we’ve come clean about what has been going on.”

Marsh added: “I couldn’t be happier.”
